Returning an Order

Making a return is easy through your fishersci.com account. Read our Returns and Refund Policy to find out if the product you ordered can be returned.

1. To start a return, sign in to your fishersci.com account and select Returns from the Your Account dropdown in the blue bar at the top of the site.
2. Click select for the order you want to return.
3. Enter the quantity for the item you want to return​ and select an option from the Reason to Return dropdown. Click Continue.
4. Review product and order details​, agree with the Fisher Scientific Return Policy, and click the Submit button.
5. If your return is accepted, you’ll see a confirmation message and receive return instructions by email. If more information is needed, you’ll see a message indicating that customer service will be in touch by phone or email.
