Cancelling an Order
To cancel an order, contact customer service. The correct customer service phone number can be found on the Help and Support page.
If you cancel your order prior to shipment, i.e., prior to pickup by the designated shipper at the supplier’s shipping point, you will not be charged for your order.
If you cancel your order after pickup by the designated shipper, but prior to acceptance of the products, you may cancel your order by contacting the Fisher Scientific channel; you may be charged shipping and restocking fees.
