Business account administrators can create and track funds against your budget and make sure the right users are allocating those funds. They can also set up purchasing rules for different users in your organization.

Fund Tracking
Create a budget and automatically track all orders against it using our fund tracking feature. The Fund Dashboard allows you to search using a fund number or fund name and sort by fund status.
As a fund administrator, you can use your dashboard to do any of the following:
- Add new funds
- View and edit existing funds
- Download spend reports
- Browse detailed fund histories
Once you set up funds and assign users to them, users and approvers in your organization can view the details of these funds and allocate purchases to them.

Dollar Rules
Create and manage purchasing rules for different users in your organization:
- Dollar limit rules prohibit purchases that exceed a certain amount, either by unit price or order total
- Dollar approval rules ensure orders are approved before submission if the total exceeds a certain amount or they include a product that exceeds a certain amount
The Dollar Rules Dashboard allows you to search for a specific rule and sort by rule type (dollar limit or dollar approval). It’s designed to provide easy access to:
- Assign and unassign users to rules
- Create new rules
- Edit existing rules
