The kit utilizes easily identifiable Agarose beads (pink in color) to selectively isolate and pull-down the active form of Rho, Rac, or Cdc42 from purified samples or endogenous lysates. Subsequently, the precipitated GTP-form is detected by western blot analysis using an Anti-RhoA , Anti-Rac1, or Anti-Cdc42 specific antibody. Each kit includes an Immunoblot Positive Control and provides sufficient quantities to perform 10 assays of each GTPase target.
