SureSeal Sample Bags are gamma sterilized, leaving a virgin interior surface with no toxic residue from gas exposure. The bags are made of virgin polyethylene for excellent clarity and stregth. They meet USDA, EPA and FDA standards and are RNase-free, DNase-free and non-pyrogenic. Samples can easily be collected by removing the tear strip above the wire closure and pulling on the two external grip tabs to open the mouth of the bag to the desired level. Using the grip tabs ensures sterility and eliminates the risk of contamination from finger contact. Then, introduce the sample into the bag, flip or fold the bag three times, bend the wires and your sample is secure inside the airtight and moisture-sealed bag. The PVC tab that surrounds the stainless steel wire is extended beyond the wire ends to prevent puncturing of the bag.

This BioCulture pump features a selectable, continuous, constant sample flowrate and is simple and quiet to operate for a variety of applications. No tools are needed. Ideal for applications in IAQ surveys, mold sampling, building diagnostics, clean room sampling, hospital operating rooms, pharmaceutical compounding labs, USP 797 active air sampling compliance, and any location that needs to verify and quantify microorganism presence.
The flow rate is 30-120 LPM with an accuracy of +/-5%. Uses standard 90 mm petri dishes. Sampling head design includes 380 1 mm diameter holes and may be sterilized by autoclave or gas torch. NiCAD battery design that runs for 6.8 hours depending on flow rate, battery maintenance and back-pressure and recharge in 12 to 16 hours. The BioCulture Calibration Head is A NIST traceable venture calibrator with 1% accuracy that allow users to calibrate the flow of the BioCulture pump themselves without having to send the pump out for service of calibration. It allows flow calibration at flow rates between 30-120 LPM. It is designed for use with impellar fan typle pumps like the BioCulture, which require calibration devices with very little backpressure resistance.
