Primary bone marrow mononuclear cells (a.k.a. BM MNCs or BMNCs) are a heterogeneous population that includes hematopoietic lineage cells such as lymphocytes, monocytes, stem cells, and progenitor cells as well as mesenchymal stromal cells. Mononuclear cells are isolated from human adult bone marrow using density gradient separation. Heparin is added to the bone marrow upon collection as an anticoagulant.Cells were obtained using Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved consent forms and protocols.Certain products are only available in select territories.
