DECON-SPORE 200 Plus Disinfectant Solution is designed for the sterilization of manufacturing, packaging and filling equipment in aseptic processes.
- Decon-Spore 200 Plus is a Sterilant-Virucide-Disinfectant-Sanitizer-Booster for alkaline detergents
- Effective sanitizer on inanimate, non-porous, non-food contact surfaces
- Sterile pharmaceutical cleanroom formula
- Phosphate free
- Peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide solution filtered at 0.2 μm
- Disinfects as it cleans in one operation
- Broad-spectrum hard surface disinfectant effective against influenza A viruses
- Filled in ISO 5 (Grade A/B, former Class 100)
- Double-bagged packaged
- Available in several container types (unit dose, concentrate and SimpleMix) and sizes both sterile and nonsterile
- Completely traceable and validated for sterility and shelf life
Simple Mix System
- Ready to use package
- Holds concentrate in small chamber and WFI quality water in larger chamber
- Simply press top of small chamber to release concentrate into water and agitate to mix
- Eliminates risk of operator error when measuring appropriate amount of concentrate and gives fresh solution every time
Order Info
Suggested minimum surface exposure time for 5% dilution based on the temperature of the solution: 20°C for 6 hours, 50°C for 20 minutes, or 80°C for 5 minutes (68°, 122° or 176°F). In the presence of 5% blood serum and soap film on a nonporous surface, suggested surface exposure time of 10 minutes at 20°C.
