Available with glass enclosed temperature buffered sensor that provides a stable reading when refrigerator or freezer door is opened. Also offered with a 3/16'' diameter x 3/4'' probe for immersion in tubes, heating blocks and water baths. Displays minimum, maximum, current probe temperature plus room temperature. Temperature range: -58? to 158?F (-50 to 70?C) with accuracy of +1?C. Additonal features include: built-in alarm and sealed probe. Supplied with battery, ceritificate of calibration and 10 foot cable.
