It also seems to motivate and stimulate proliferation, migration, and differentiation of these cells. It plays a significant role in development, morphogenesis, wound healing, angiogenesis, and tumorigenesis. This cytokine is produced in a human cell expression system with serum-free, chemically defined media. Authentic glycosylation contributes to stability in cell growth media and other applications.
