Description

The monoclonal antibody m2a-15F8 recognizes Mouse IgG2a antibodies and can be used as a second step reagent in flow cytometry and microscopy. The monoclonal does not recognize other mouse isotypes nor does it crossreact to rat IgG2a or any rat isotype antibodies. Applications Reported: This m2a-15F8 antibody has been reported for use in immunohistochemical staining and immunocytochemistry. Applications Tested: This m2a-15F8 antibody has been tested by immunocytochemistry on fixed MDCK cells at less than or equal to 20 µg/mL. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. Excitation: 488 nm; Emission: 520 nm; Laser: Blue Laser. Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
