ProKlenz ONE High Performance Alkaline Cleaner is specially formulated to meet the unique cleaning demands found in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cosmetic, dietary supplement and other industries requiring an effective validatable cleaner.

HOW PROKLENZ ONE WORKS

ProKlenz ONE Cleaner is a proprietary blend of sodium hydroxide, an advanced surfactant system and other performance-enhancing ingredients that provide multiple cleaning mechanisms. This low foaming product removes a wide range of process residues, from fermentation by-products to silicone-based emulsions and lubricants, and is ideal for use in clean-in-place (CIP) and clean-out-of-place (COP).

  • Biofilm Removal: ProKlenz ONE Alkaline Cleaner is effective for biofilm removal when used at a 5% concentration of product per gallon of water on a pre-cleaned, non-porous, nonfood contact surface at 60°C for a contact time of 10 minutes.
  • Disinfection: ProKlenz ONE Alkaline Cleaner is effective against Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella enterica, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa when used at a 1% concentration of product per gallon of water in 5% blood serum and 250 ppm of hard water at 60°C for a contact time of 5 minutes.
  • Virucidal Activity: ProKlenz ONE Alkaline Cleaner is effective against Poliovirus (type 1) when used at a 1% concentration of product per gallon of water in 5% blood serum and 250 ppm of hard water at 60°C for a contact time of 10 minutes.
