Description
The Neon™ Transfection System 100 μL Kit is designed specifically for use with the MPK5000. Use this kit for transfection volumes of 100 μL, containing 5 × 105–2 × 106 adherent cells or 1 × 106–5 × 106 suspension cells. Cells that have been transfected using the included 100μL Neon™ Tips are then ready to be washed and plated into a 6-well, 60 mm, or 10 cm culture dish, depending on your protocol.Specifications

Refer to the Neon™ Transfection System users manual for protocol instructions. Store the buffer box at 4°C and the tips & tubes box at room temperature. | |
