- Product Overview: The FastRNA™ Pro Blue Kit is designed to efficiently isolate total RNA from gram positive and gram negative bacteria. Using the FastPrep™-24 or FastPrep™ FP120 Instrument, up to 1010 cells are homogenized by Lysing Matrix B in impact-resistant 2 mL tubes. Total RNA is released into the proprietary, protective RNApro™ Solution.
- Applications: FastRNA™ Pro Blue Kit is used to isolate total RNA from gram positive and gram negative bacteria. Isolated RNA is suitable for RT-PCR analysis and other downstream applications.
