Luteinizing hormone (LH) is a pituitary reproductive hormone which acts in concert with follicle stimulating hormone. It regulates menstrual cycle by triggering ovulation and corpus luteum development in women. Also triggers production of testosterone by stimulating leydig cells in men. Acts as an agonist for LHCGR. Provided as 10 μg of dry powder. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter,  PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits.
