- Some customers find that when using PLUS Reagent, less optimization of DNA concentration is needed to achieve high transfection performance

- PLUS Reagent was specifically designed to expand array of transfectable cell types
- When used with Lipofectamine Reagent, PLUS Reagent has been demonstrated to improve the transfection of BHK-21, NIH 3T3, and other cell lines
