Supplier: Heidolph™ 023210215
Description
Standard Operating Features
- Self-contained design eliminates external plumbing and hard wiring for easy installation
- Simple operation
- ASME-stamped, Type 316 L stainless-steel chamber ensures long-lasting reliability, durability, and high-corrosion resistance
- Fast/slow exhaust (fast allows quick cycle time of solids while slow exhaust prevents media and liquid boil-over)
- Closed-door drying system maintains sterility
- Drying cycle removes residual moisture after sterilization
- Continuous pressure purge eliminates air pockets and ensures thorough, even sterilization
- Large-capacity reservoir provides ample water supply to avoid frequent fill-ups
- Water drain is conveniently located on top to allow quick and easy cleaning of reservoir
- Automatic shut-off feature saves energy
Standard Safety Features
- Heat-insulated, double-locking door protects against accidental burns
- Door cannot be opened while chamber is under pressure
- Automatic low water level shut-off prevents damage to the heater elements if there is insufficient water for the sterilization cycle
- Over-temperature cutoff and over-pressure valve ensure safe operation
Automated Electronic Sterilizers
Electronic models use microprocessor controls to completely automate every stage of the cycle - water filling, heating, sterilization, exhaust and drying
Features of all automated electronic sterilizers
- Sterilization time to 59 minutes
- Temperature selection from 105° to 137°C (221° to 279°F)
- In-line particle filter to protect valves
- Electronic pressure and temperature sensors
- Low-water alarm (sounds when reservoir needs to be refilled)
- Standby heating keeps chamber warm for quicker cycles
Helps meet GLP documentation requirements. Additional features include:
- Built-in printer that provides a printed summary at the end of each cycle
- Documents temperature, elapsed drying and sterilization time, selected cycle, cycle number, real time and date, errors or interruptions
- Available with 9-, 10-, 12- and 15-inch diameter chambers
Ideal for sterilizing wrapped and sealed instruments. Additional features include:
- Fully automatic autoclaves are specially designed with preloaded cycles for sterilizing packs, pouches, sealed pipette racks, unwrapped instruments and other contained/wrapped materials
- Highly efficient air-driven pump circulates hot air after the sterilization cycle to ensure thorough drying of samples and to reduce overall drying time
- Available with 9-, 10- and 15-inch diameter chambers, with and without a built-in printer
- Cuts sterilization time in half–perfect for fast instrument turnaround. Offers all standard operating and safety features, plus a special quick cycle
- Advanced heating element reduces the time needed for the autoclave to reach optimal sterilization temperature, reducing overall sterilization time by up to 50%
- Has a 10-inch diameter chamber and comes equipped with a built-in printer to document results
