Grainger DAYTON, Fusible Link
Supplier: Grainger 2TGJ3
The Dayton 2TGJ3 fusible link is a 165 degree Fahrenheit temperature-activated fusible link used to provide over-temperature protection for motors, transformers, and electrical apparatus. This fusible link measures 1-1/4 inches long by 1/4 inch diameter and is UL listed. It features zinc-plated steel construction and includes mounting hardware. The Dayton fusible link acts as a heat-sensitive release mechanism that breaks the electrical connection if temperatures rise above 165 degrees Fahrenheit. This helps prevent damage from overheating in electrical systems. The fusible link can be easily replaced after tripping.
