Description
- Systems are designed to be easily upgraded to include a cooled CCD camera for low-light samples

- Motorized zoom lens allows the camera lens and darkroom to be controlled through user-friendly software
- All systems are PC-compatible
FOTO/FX Benchtop Darkroom
- Light-tight enclosure houses a CCD camera with zoom lens and filters
- Flat black interior minimizes stray light
- Gliding transilluminator platform and side-opening door with interlock provide convenient, safe operation of large-format transilluminators
- Two interior visible epi-light panels allow easy focusing and even illumination of opaque samples
- Dual UV epi-lights can be used to optimize sensitivity of samples stained with fluorescent dyes
- Camera mounting system allows for easy upgrading to other cameras
- Motorized filter wheel permits filters to be selected through computer software or the darkroom touchpad
- Choose single-wavelength UV; single-wavelength UV, dual-light (UV plus white light); dual-wavelength UV; or dual-wavelength UV, dual-light models
- UV transilluminators have 25 × 28cm UV glass; four 8 watt, 312nm (peak emission) bulbs; UV transparent protective cover; and preparative and analytical intensity settings
- White-light transilluminators have a proprietary electroluminescent (EL) visible light panel that offers 15 times more uniform light illumination than traditional bulb-style transilluminators and continuously adjustable intensity control
- Integration to 8.3 min. in 1/30 sec. increments

- Image manipulation: invert, zoom, mirror, rotate, annotate (date, time, text, circle, arrow)
