Dimethyl sulfoxide-d6, 100% (Isotopic), Thermo Scientific Chemicals
Description
Deuterated DMSO is a common solvent used in NMR spectroscopy. In combination with pyridine-d5, it plays an important role for solution-state 2D NMR of ball-milled plant cell wall gel. Low-energy collisions of ionized acetone-d6, DMSO-d6 and pyridine-d5 with alkanethiolate is used to prepare self-assembled monolayer surfaces of gold.
This Thermo Scientific Chemicals brand product was originally part of the Alfa Aesar product portfolio. Some documentation and label information may refer to the legacy brand.
