Titered material should be stored at -65°C or below
Each frozen aliquot contains 0.25 mL of Chlamydia trachomatis that were propagated in a monolayer of McCoy cells. The titer is in Chlamydial inclusion forming units (IFU) and is a measure of the infectivity of the material.
