Description

For sensitive detection of mouse primary antibodies, try our Alexa Fluor™ 488 Signal-Amplification Kit, which contains Alexa Fluor 488 rabbit anti—mouse IgG and Alexa Fluor 488 goat anti—rabbit IgG conjugates. This kit takes advantage of the intense, photostable fluorescence of Alexa Fluor 488 antibody conjugates and can be used to amplify the signals derived from mouse-derived antibodies. The kit contains a detailed protocol and sufficient reagents for ∼60 assays by flow cytometry or imaging. For added convenience, the kit is designed for use with filters and settings appropriate for fluorescein.
