Readily incorporated, following phosphorylation, into newly synthesized DNA in place of thymidine. MP Biomedicals’ 5-chloro-2'-deoxyuridine (CldU) can be used as labeling substrate, thymidine analog, or to identify sites of DNA replication. Visible absorb
